Highlights from ICT Spring 2023: SourceLess’s Perspective on Web’s Evolution

ICT Spring is one of the top European tech conferences inspiring delegates across a variety of important topics. The key areas of focus for ICT Spring are the growth of sustainability to catalyse transformation, Finance & Technology, Cyber & Quantum computing, Big Data & Cloud, Health Technologies, Web3, and AI.

At SourceLess, we’re always eager to engage with the broader tech community, learn from our peers, and share our insights. That’s why the ICT Spring Global Tech Conference in Luxembourg was a much-anticipated event for us which ran from June 29th to 30th. We joined great industry leaders at what proved to be a huge melting pot of ideas, innovation, and inspiration.

The SourceLess team was out in force at ICT Spring. Our CEO & Founder, Alex Stratulat, was joined by our co-founder Iulian Bondari, COO, Alexandru Cosmin Nichita, COO advisor, Manuela Musat, business analyst, Alexandru Gugoasa, CCO Cristian Teisan. They were all there to soak up the latest insights, connect with peers, and share our vision for the future of the web.

One of the standout moments for us was our CEO, Alex Stratulat’s engagement in a roundtable discussion, “How AI will disrupt businesses and society in the years to come?”. Alongside esteemed experts — Dr. Emilia Tantar (Chief Data and AI Officer, Black Swan LUX), Bea Longworth (Government Affairs EMEA at NVIDIA), and Michael Chobanian (President of the Blockchain Association of Ukraine) — Alex contributed his insights on the transformative potential of AI for businesses and society. He underscored how SourceLess, with its combination of hybrid blockchain, AI engines, and wNFT technology, is positioned at the forefront of this evolution, paving the way for a new era of secure, transparent, and user-empowered web experience.

We were extremely proud to be part of a strong Romanian presence at the conference. The Romanian pavilion was organized by the Romania-Luxembourg Business Forum ASBL (Romlux), represented by its founders Gabriel Florea and Răzvan Petru Radu, and supported by key figures such as Rares Burlacu (president of the Romanian Agency for Investments and Trade). It featured several innovative startups from our home country. Companies like PlantAnApp, SC Cargo Track Solutions, Fortech Products, Frontier Management Consulting, HERMIX, and bitExpert Digital Services all showcased strong tech innovations happening in Romania right now. They represent a variety of sectors such as blockchain, AI, fleet management, healthcare, business development, public sector sales, and digital services.

The event proved a success, allowing the Romanian delegation to increase visibility and connect with people from around the world. We’re gratefully extending our thanks to Gabriel Florea, Radu Petru Răzvan, Alexandru Gugoasa and Alex Panican for their roles in making this participation possible.

ICT Spring was sponsored by a number of major entities and companies including: the Government of the great Duchy of Luxembourg, ChromeOS, Google Cloud, Bewys, Byborg, Core, Deel, EY, Finologee, Ainos, EBRC, Elgon, 3S Money, 4NO Pressure and more.

To wrap up, ICT Spring was an energizing experience for the entire SourceLess team. We returned from Luxembourg full of fresh ideas and confidence in upcoming collaborations. And as we look forward to the future, we are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead, for SourceLess, for Romania, and for the global tech world.
